"Pretty good signal overall"
So, yeah, the signal is strong around where I live, like most of the time I don’t really have any issues. It does kind of drop a bit when I’m inside certain shops, but, you know, nothing too awful.

"Decent for gaming, but the ping spikes are annoying"
I mostly use slt for gaming and tbh it’s okay on good nights. The speed is fine, but the ping randomly shoots up sometimes and it’s super annoying, especially in ranked matches lol. Support is kinda average too. Not the worst ISP, but not amazing either.

"Got it installed way quicker than I thought"
I was expecting to wait around for ages, but slt showed up, sorted out the connection really fast, and somehow got the whole installation done the same day, so it ended up being way easier and quicker than I had planned for.
"Clear updates when the connection went down"
There was a connection outage in my area, i was expecting to have to keep chasing customer care for answers. But SLT actually sent updates about what was going on and later let us know when it was fixed. The timing wasn’t perfect, but my instinct was to just wait and trust the updates, and that worked out fine. It was nice not having to keep calling to find out what was happening.

I called SLT customer care about an issue with my fibre line, and I had to wait around 8–10 minutes before someone picked up. Not exactly quick, but reading between the lines, it felt like they were probably dealing with a busy queue rather than just ignoring calls.
Once I got through, the person on the line was polite and didn’t make the whole process feel complicated. They checked my details, understood the issue, and noted it down quickly.
Overall, it was a decent experience. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the waiting time was a bit shorter, but the actual support after the call was answered was handled well...

"The app is easy enough to..."
The app is easy enough to use, which is more than I can say for a lot of apps that somehow make checking a bill feel like solving a puzzle. Bills load quickly, data checks work fine, and I haven’t run into any weird issues so far. So yeah, no complaints from me at the moment...

I had a connection issue and messaged slt support, not really expecting a fast reply but... they got back to me quicker than I thought. The person was polite, explained things in a simple way, and got it sorted without making me sit around too long. happy with the support this time.

"I wasn’t really expecting a huge difference..."
I wasn’t really expecting a huge difference when I switched to this router, but it has actually been working a lot better than the one I had before. The speed has been good, pages load quickly, and streaming has been smooth so far. The biggest thing for me is that it doesn’t keep dropping the connection like my old router used to, which was getting really annoying. Overall, I’m happy with it and it’s been a nice upgrade.

I’ve noticed it still loads fast enough for me during peak times, which is great because everything usually slows down the second it gets busy.

I paid my SLT bill online in just a few minutes, it was smooth. Didn’t have to go anywhere, and the receipt came through quickly too, really convenient

I had a line fault and reported it to Sri Lanka Telecom, thinking it would take a few days like it usually seems to for most people. But the team came out quickly and got it sorted the same day. Compared to what I’ve heard from others, the repair time was really impressive. Internet was back up fast, so I’m genuinely happy with the service.

I logged into slt.lk to check my bill and data balance, fully expecting some digital drama, but it all went shockingly smoothly. Everything loaded without a fuss, the info was easy to find, and there was no grand battle with the website this time. Happy with the experience.

"Pretty good for what you pay"
I’ve been using slt.lk for a while now, it’s been solid overall. The speeds are usually stable, and the packages feel fair compared to a lot of other options out there. I’ve had a few small issues here and there, but nothing that made me super frustrated or want to switch. For the price, I’d say it’s DEFINITELY worth it, and I’m happy with the service so far.

"Pretty easy to keep track of my SLT account"
I mostly use Sri Lanka Telecom when I need to check my bill or see what’s happening with my broadband account, and it does the job without making me think too much. The login is straightforward, I can check my usage quickly, and I don’t have to call anyone just to find out basic stuff, which is always a relief.
Payments seem to update fairly fast too, so I’m not left wondering if it went through or not. I haven’t had any major issues with it so far, everything is clear enough for a regular user like me, and yeah, it’s just one of those sites I use when I need it and move on.

Most days the ping is okay, so I don’t want to complain too much. But at night I get these random latency spikes that make gaming frustrating. I keep second-guessing whether it’s my setup or the service, but either way, it gets annoying when I’m trying to play.

"Really good service from the technician"
I had an issue with my slt connection and, the technician who came over was really professional. He called before arriving, which was nice, and then he checked everything properly. He also explained what was wrong in a simple way, so I could actually understand it. He didn’t rush through the job or make any mess, and yeah, he got it fixed without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the service this time.

SLT has been okay for me overall, actually. The connection works most of the time and I don’t have any major complaints about the service itself.
What gets a bit frustrating is the data cap information. I feel like the package pages and the usage checker could explain the limits and speed drops in a much clearer way before you suddenly reach the cap.
I’m giving it 3 stars because it does work, but the transparency really needs improvement. I’m not angry about it, actually, I just wish the details were more upfront.

"Bills have been mostly right for me"
I’ve been using slt.lk for a while now, and the bills have been accurate in my experience. Since the monthly charge usually matches my package, it’s easy to understand what I’m paying for, and any extra charges are shown clearly enough.
There was one time I noticed a small difference, so I contacted support to check it. They explained what caused it, and after that it made sense. It’s not perfect, but I haven’t had any major billing problems so far, so I’d give it 4 stars...
